Important Infos
When do you decide whether the course will take place due to the weather?
Via ferratas are quite forgiving, but if there is a thunderstorm, we stay away. We will contact you 2-3 days before the course to give you an update. If the weather forecast is unstable, we may need to make a last-minute decision.
What happens in bad weather, e.g., rain all day?
In case of bad weather, the course will either take place at an alternative location in Central Switzerland (Engelberg Valley, Uri) or we will offer you a rescheduled date.
What if I can’t attend any of the alternative dates due to bad weather?
If none of the alternative dates work for you, you will receive a refund. For this, we need your IBAN number, account holder name, and postal code/city. Please send this information via email.
What languages do the mountain guides speak?
All our mountain guides speak German and English. If needed, we can translate the course content into English during the tour if you are not fluent in German. While our English may not be perfect, we will do our best to ensure you understand everything.
