Climbing Technique Course
Climbing is unforgiving. You might pull yourself up a few pitches with sheer strength, but at some point, even your biceps will give out. In this course, we focus on standard climbing techniques and help you make your movements more ergonomic and efficient.
Your mind is the strongest muscle in climbing, which is why we also dive into the mental aspect. Additionally, we explore tactical approaches to improve your climbing strategy.
This is the course that will take you to the next level!

Important Infos
When will you decide if the course will take place due to the weather?
We need dry rock to be able to run the course. We will get in touch with you 2-3 days before the course to provide an update. If the weather forecast is unstable, we may have to make a last-minute decision.
What happens in bad weather? For example, if it rains all day?
In case of bad weather, the course will either be held at a different location in Central Switzerland (Engelberg Valley, Sisikon Uri) or we will offer you an alternative date from our calendar.
What if I can’t attend any of the proposed alternative dates due to bad weather?
If this is the case, you will receive a refund. For this, we need your IBAN number, the account holder's name, and the postal code/city. Please provide this information via email.
Can I participate as a beginner?
We recommend the course for people who are physically fit. You don’t necessarily need climbing experience, but it helps if you’ve climbed a few meters in a gym beforehand or if you go bouldering regularly.
